Appointments are available from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday – Friday.

We run an evening Surgery 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, please book in advance.

House calls are available for registered patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. An extra charge will be incurred.

After Hours Care Arrangements

Fees and Billing Arrangements

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash or eftpos. If you have difficulty paying our fees please discuss this with us.

Reminder System

Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let us know at reception.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

Your Rights

In providing a quality health service this practice complies with the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights. If you feel your rights have been breached please let us know, we welcome any opportunity to improve our standard of service and uncover any problems. Results

All patients with abnormal results will be contacted by either a Doctor or one of the nursing staff. We would encourage you to phone or call in to collect your results. At the time of your test an indication will be given as to how long the wait for a result will be. Please ask the nursing staff if you have any questions.
