Located off Highway One, halfway between Auckland and Hamilton, in the North Waikato, Te Kauwhata is a small but surprisingly complete village serving a total population of about 3000 people. At the Te Kauwhata Health Centre (TKHC) we strive to comprehensively meet the primary health care needs of almost all of that population.
